An accomplished executive leader, educator, consultant, and organizational strategist with more than twenty years of experience across leadership, operations, administration, employee relations, and organizational development.

A first-generation immigrant and lifelong advocate for education and leadership.

Dr. Ochoa has served in executive roles including Chief Administrative Officer, Chief of Staff, Director of Operations, Executive Administrator, and Adjunct Professor — with expertise spanning leadership development, organizational effectiveness, workplace culture, strategic planning, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and executive coaching.
